Conditional Contract arrangement for four houses at Charlton Park, Keynsham. We have worked with the owner of this site for a number of years, undertaking land assembly and arranging a land swap to facilitate access. We are responsible for obtaining planning consent, at our own cost and risk, and will build the houses once this has been achieved.
